Rule Additions for Season 4

1) I'm assuming region changer as in like someone from Texas and changing to Alaska? Yes, that is fine since it's still in the same region the (NTSC, PAL, etc.).

2) If any of the subs / communities that made a thread before this was posted they will be allowed to participate next season if they don't get a spot this season.

Its -30 for each player that has a different ISO or -30 Global for the whole team i have a doubt about that

You can say the fault is on the team for not telling your teammate to not use a different ISO.

A way to resolve this ISO issue: Download the correct ISO of your region (Bounty has a few links in the first post) Once you download it, give yourself 9999vr with a hack and get the ULU (Ultimate license Unlocker) You can still use your original Japanese ISO for ww'ing, and warring, but when you vs a clan for IL or when you play a clan that go bye IL rules, just swicth to your European / American ISO. It isn't that hard.

well I said this like 2 times now I think but

or the game is laggy as hell.

what about that huh?
If an ISO from an other country works w/o lag why shouldn't players be able to use it?
let them prove that the game is laggy or something

I have used the European ISO since the first day a USB loader was available and have played a lot of MKW since then and I didn't notice any freezes/lags/whatever. It's 1:1 the same as playing with the disc. Maybe you should turn off the hacks, I've heard that will prevent freezes .

Can to share where you got yours since apparently for almost everyone every ISO that isn't their region works except the one that is their region.

If neither of the 6 links work and some people have perfectly working Euro ISO's you might want to re-evaluate what the real problem is.

Question seeing as so many second teams are being made. Let's say someone's first team only had 4 players for a match, but their second team either wasn't playing or had an available sub that could play for their first team. Would this be allowed, seeing as they are registered for the same clan?

If both teams are in the league than no, they can not use players from one team for another. But if a clans second team doesn't get put in the seedings than they will can use anyone from either reg thread for their one team.

if it's put in time, I'll make sure he or she is registered in time to play. The only reason that person wouldn't be registered is if there's an error. In that case, they couldn't play.

I can't remember, but I think it might have been a dump of my own disc, which I made with some Homebrew-app.

Reg admins are the monkies of any leagues staff.

Its the worst job to do by far and away, and people do it for FREE.

If your registration isn't going through, take things into your own hands and sort it out, when shit goes wrong don't blame the reg admins (even if it is their fault), you should of reminded them eariler.

Rule 1. g taken off due to it's difficulty to moderate and being replaced with a new rule instead.

"Any clan or player that tries to manipulate rules may suffer consequences at the staff's discretion."

The type of consequence will depends on the severity of the manipulation.
