Well, for starting i dont want to fight with anyone, this video shows how yasha pass me without any explanation. You will say: DRAFT!.. Wait, since when a draft is faster than a shroom?

On my screen I didn't even see Ruben I only saw Kira in front of me. I didn't realize I had to record every war I played in and I don't plan to. My scores while I'm on conditional speak for themselves since I load MKW through my disc channel.

Anyway, I've seem a lot of stupid accusations of hacking, this is just one of them. You could've avoided all of this by simple asking him what happened instead of making a video and thread to accuse him.

Lot of ppl told me to post it here, everyone wanted to see his side of the story.

It's good that you posted something that looks suspicious, and you're more than welcome to keep it up as it is your video. Though it isn't hacks as drafts can carry you a long distance and he took a better line on last turn as he mt'd before the stairs and not after.

I appreciate you posting it as my adviser group is constantly looking for any suspicious activity, so I do thank you

is slower than Draft + Behind?

Also why isn't Yasha holding the banana any longer after drafting? If he didn't need to use any items he would have held the banana instead of being redded from behind right? Unless he had to use a shroom...

I'm not calling hacks and I don't really care who it is. I believe Ruben should have posted this video as it is very suspicious IMHO... I don't see how you can just disregard this right away. No one is stupid for believing this is suspicious at the very least.

If you were in the position someone outside of cB was in and you saw the video you would clearly think it is at least suspicious for the reasons listed already in previous posts...

Scoring high through the conditional process is great... you obviously are skilled at the game after playing for so long but that doesn't mean OUTSIDE of IL while you are free to do whatever you want you may want those additional points such as pulling something off in 3rd just to get 1st. Again, im not accusing that is just the logic behind the suspicion.

Also isn't this is an open discussion to discuss suspicious videos? Their is no harm in people questioning others as it keeps the community healthy and I haven't seen anyone make personal attacks other than Fasuke so I don't see why we can't continue to discuss this until more everyone who wanted to leave input on this has done so.

It was nothing against cB that I brought up the question why the registration admins transferred Smith from cB1 to cB2 after playing with one team on Saturday night and then Smith played Sunday for the other team in the same week... cB was just the clan that was involved. At the time of my posts on those threads I just questioned the reasoning behind you guys not getting a penalty because back in WCL days Ap teams were penalized for doing the same things so I just assumed it was wrong here. I know it could have been a dick move to get you deducted points but considering we have been screwed over that way before I thought it would only be fair if you guys got the penalty here as well... Kappie then informed me that its sorta like a loop hole type thing and it isn't against any rules in the IL for some reason...

This was more of me just questioning the rule structure rather than an attempt to hurt cB... I guess I just got the wrong people involved and I respect your opinion of thinking im an idiot for seemingly targeting cB. I would just rather see a fair league and I guess it was my bad not realizing that those 2 leagues were separate.. (I just assumed same things carried over)

But yeah for me posting here is nothing against Yasha or cB either, honestly I just replied to the topic at hand and I would give my input on the video if it was any other player... Kinda coincidental I suppose from your point of view but that's pretty much all it is.

I don't care if your opinion changes or anything but at least hope you read this so anything in the future can be cleared up. I really don't mind Charged Brigade or its members at all. I am friends with several...
