    i lol'd at iso lag Very Happy, i think i have one of the worst connection of the community (here is a proof : http://www.speedtest.net/result/2017813655.png) + i'm using a korean iso because i enjoy more playing with those colors Very Happy and i'm hosting a lot of war without any dc (IL W1 for example) just because i use something to boost my connection for the Wii, iso have nothing to do with the lag

    I agree with these 2 rules :
    1. I used to ally D'OEUF team ( lmao ) with another KC member ( Shy Guy ) in MKC a few seasons ago and everyone was complaining because of that, and I understand why. :noonecares:
    But yeah, allies should be forbidden, as Vito said, if you're not enough, then don't play.
    2. I also think different ISO make more lag. And idk why, nowadays a lot of people use japanese ISO, which them lag more than before, and that's really annoying to play with that kind of people. I can't even imagine a mexican guy playing with a korean ISO ...
    Anyway, yeah, I think Eirik should add these rules.

    banning jap ISOs is completely pointless, the only time they ever lag is when people overload them with darkybenji's textures. He adds so much shit into the courses that it makes you get lag starts etc, I have plenty of friends with jap ISOs that never lag any spots because they dont have a bunch of shit built into it.

    2. Shwam kind of has a point. I had a friend tell me once that downloading Darky's textures is actually quite risky considering they take up a sh!7 ton of file space and make everything completely laggy and crap. If someone's disk isn't working then they don't really have any choice than to just download an ISO. This is just my opinion.

    Well you know... even if you have to download an ISO, why not just get the one of your region? There is no point in pretending to be Japanese in the first place. And sorry, I don't buy downloading an ISO due to a line color.

    Allies should definitely be banned, unless you tell the others who you want to use and they agree on it.

    ISOs should be allowed for people with botched discs, but they should be banned for others.

    Everyone would claim their wii is broken. That's why we only banned foreign ones.

    Course textures and item textures are banned because they can be considered an unfair advantage and increase lag. Idk why people just can't use the regular game music and looks as it was designed for just one match a week.

    Texture tracks and texture items are banned because certain texutres make it easier to see backspam locations and item textures can make items more visible hence easier to dodge.

    Character and music textures are ok though. (Same with track names).

    I'm not saying that the music is boring. I'm saying for one match a week. JUST ONE, that you don't use it. Every other war do w/e you want, textures music, etc. This is one match a week, that's it. If you seriously can't handle that then you shouldn't be in this league anyway.
