So... from what I've gathered from these threads so far...
Brian gets caught by Kayla dropping a bill in 3rd
Brian put the blame on her but fails miserably
Brian bribes Ryker and Game with codes to download in exchange for framing Kayla (I assume Brian = Debs in the printscreens)
Ryker is shown downloading the codes and uses them with a Kayla mii
All three of them are at fault here, Ryker was playing the hacker role most likely because he was done playing mkw and had something against Kayla. Ryker quit mkw for cod seconds after their whole little plan backfired. I can't believe I honestly defended Ryker. Guess I learned my lesson not to trust anyone.
