alright, after talking with some Staff Member we ended up getting our final decision about this Match.
AR will receive a -100 points penalty for not streaming their startup correctly same for Fw they'll receive a -25 penalty for not accepting Cobra's Conditional correctly.
@Cobra be sure to activate Ocarina in your next Conditional-Stream to show your opponent Clan there are no Hacks on your SD Card an example how to do it correctly can be found here.
@Flow I would be glad if things like this won't happen again so be sure to check the opponents Clans Conditional exactly up before your Match starts.

313 - 294 in AR's favor.
