At first I'm gonna tell you some Personal Things about me, so may you noticed.. my Name is Tobi (tobtheking..difficult I know 
) and I'm 15 Years old, living in Germany and that's the biggest disadvantage cause my Main Language is German... Well I'm learning English in School since 3-4 Years now but my Grammar/Vocabulary aren't as good as others (But it's enough to get a good mark hehe ^^)
I'm a (hmm.. would say) Talking-Person cause I love it to discuss with my Clanmates or some Friends, mainly about some Clans or very good Player, who became much better then I expected (*cough* Hacker *cough)
That's on of the Reasons I want to apply for that "Job"
I "personally" have NO Experience with HBC, well I don't have it or some other Programm like Riivolution, Gecko or Ocarina, but on the other Side I know almost every code, which have been released on geckocodes.org or Youtube
And I'm checking some older Hack Accusation against some Member of !7, UK or some other German Members (Don't know why but I'm interested in checking those Proofs ^^)
But the biggest Problem is that "Shared Item" or "Guru's Item Hack" whatever you wanna call it, this Code can't be proved, if the Player who use them is a litte bit clever to not Spam their Buttons xD Stars in 1st aren't the best Idea for that ^^
Well my Chances to get in the IL Council aren't really good, but I enjoyed the short Time I've been in the WCL Council (for the Last Season) to represent my Clan !nsane 7eam and I'm not from America (omfg) --> I'm from Europe and in my Opinion there should be much more Council Member from England, Germany or France.
