Very Stupid war for me/!C i hate my connection, because of it i dc'd first race and got last. After the last GP i dc'd again, but we had to play one more Race..but you didn't wait for me you just started the room. I wrote to you, that i've got connection problems i thought that you wait for me, because we have allowed you to play with an unregistered player..that was a very unstructured war..It took so long, that we have to change a player after 1 hour...I don't hope that our next war will be so laggy/unstructured. You don't even have all pictures..

Results are there but there are a couple issue(s) regarding the war in general.

The SX host as shown in the picture above restarted the room after agreeing to play 4v5 the first GP because a 5th showed up. This was already around 20 minutes after the schedule time (With recording proof). This is an illegal hosting move by first off starting way later than you should (stalling for the 5th) than restarting w/o permission. (The times in the chat log prove that). Because of this the GP is able to be replayed 5v4 for !C if they wish to do so. If they decide to the GP will be replayed with the same line-ups (or as close as possible to it) and the 5th player of SX (which was Mani shown by the recording) can not be one of those players. I will give until the end of next sunday to be done if this decision is chosen by !C. (Please post here if you want to !C).

Also note if this happens: SX will be the hosts and !C has used their 2 restarts already so if any !C member(s) D/c if the GP redo happens you don't have to restart the room.

Also, Note to SX: Get Mani registered, if he doesn't register before Thursday (00:00 EST / 06:00 CEST) than his points will be deducted as he is currently registered for another clan in the league and is considered an ally whose not affiliated with the clan as well. (This procedure has been done for other clans through skype that have done the same thing earlier in this division).

I'll explain my reasoning a little more for the decision atm since I don't think you 100% understand it.

The room was opened for a way longer period than needed (whether !C forced you to or not I don't know). The fact it was up and you allowed Chain to enter was your choice (unless IC would refuse to start w/o him). If not than it was your choice to allow that 10 minute rule to slide for Chain and IC.

Once chain was in the room you agreed to start 4v5 since you only had 4 players. After the room started you realized you had a 5th who could play and it was your decision to break that hosting rule w/o IC's permission. THe difference between the first and second (still assuming IC did not refuse to play w/o chain) is that the first one you chose to let a rule slide in !C's favour whereas the second time you chose to let a rule slide in your favour without consent from the other team. The GP should not have been restarted and it should've been played 4v5.

This is why the GP will be played 4v5 (Still assuming IC didn't refuse to play w/o chain) since it's what it should have been if you did not break the rule for your favour. It's not only mani that can't play it (since he was the one who joined after it was restarted), no one from SX can play in that position since you only had 4 ready at that point and agreed to continue with those 4.

However, if you can provide proof that IC refused to start w/o Chain (Not asking you to wait for him since than it was your decision to wait) than the choice will be changed.

A for the registration thing, when people ask to use an unregistered player it's because it's a player on their team, not an ally or a player that has zero affiliation with the clan. That is why I want Mani to commit himself as a member of SX by transferring there or else his points will not count as it would be evident he only played that war because you asked to use him as an ally rather than him wanting to play for your team.

The fuck? You normally start a room 5-10 minutes earlier, but in case you couldn't find a 5th player you didn't open the room until 20.10. After ten minutes in the room chain got dc'ed and now you say it was our fault to sart the match 20 minutes later?

Please re-read my post more carefully as you completely missed the points I was making.

Also remember that Mani had today and tomorrow to transfer to avoid a penalty.

Well Mani didn't transfer himself by the time period he was given which shows to me that he was just an ally and has no intention to participate with SX. Therefore, as I stated earlier since it's Thursday and no post his points will be removed. Because of this, SX does not have to replay GP1 if they do not want to since I really don't want to penalize a clan twice in the same match.

Try to have 5 next time that are part of your clan so this doesn't happen again :/.

Final Result: 258-352 for !C
