Can you explain me one thing please ?

I found it very suspicious during the war, but on GV (at 3'00 on Brock's video). Brock cut, Trottle (the Daisy behind Brock) cut to. We can saw Brock and Trottle cut after his video cut (just before it took the blue shell, we see Brock and Trottle in 1st and 2nd position).
At the end of shortcut, at the end of second lap, Brock is 5 at the item, so Trottle (the daisy behind Brock) is normaly 6th, right ?
Now, look at the cut during the 3rd lap, Trottle, the daisy in 2nd position uses the bill. But bill in 6 on 9 people is possible or not ?

I don't know about you, but I can see 3 Daisys on the mini map and even though I had battle glitch on I can't see the name of the Daisy that does the cut behind me lap1, but if I recall correctly he got his bill at the first or second set of boxes and simply held it.
