Koopa Clan has been around for three years and a half now, I think we don't need to hack to prove anything like some newcomers do. Moreover, it's not as if we haven't recorded a ton of wars, it's not as if we were invincible... It seems people will never accept that we're way better than them, and it is easier to accuse them of hacking. *sigh*

Anyway, thank you for rescheduling and accepting Necro to play with the "few" KC1 available just before they leave, while some of us are still away. GG's !

Well there are a few issues.

1. Rule c was not followed in that we weren't asked if we'd like to see a stream (stream is far more reliable anyway)
2. The entire gameplay was NOT there as half of kc was cut off (don't know about others I didn't watch all the way through).
3. He didn't stream settings for the usb loader OR the game settings to show that ocarina handler was off on both.

So if you need to record, fine, notify teams before hand AND make sure that everything does get recorded including all settings that need to be viewed. It's the risk in actually recording if something may fail, it doesn't count as conditional participation being followed.

Not that I think you did go in and edit but that is also something that CAN happen with recordings, hence why every second of every race (and even the time in between races)need to be seen to show fluidity.

Speeding up the gameplay is fine as long as everything IS there and has been shown.

The above is true. Rookie asked me to make sure this is all correct. If you have done this in the past I have not checked solely because I presume the division admins take the responsibility of viewing them. In order to solely record the war and not stream you would have to ask for permission from the opposing team, and if they still would like you to stream you must stream start-up showing that the Ocarina option is OFF.

With this being said, you did not do this and your points are now subject to being removed. It's up to Rookie.

I made sure Kiver streamed the Fw war and followed the rules (apologies for being a hardass in that chat@Kc) but I didn't want to get the chance to be able to take away points if his upload wasn't showing everything like it did in this week. Tuff break for Kc here but it's understandable what happened. As for Beu idk, but it's way too late for Beu t start complaining now.

Are you stupid? you have the proof that he launch his game without ocarina codes or other cheat codes , he had the video who proof that ... .

I don't like to do this but rules are rules, I'm only doing my job. You can try to talk this over with Eirik / cB or me whatever here though if you feel we need to overturn this, I am open to that for now
