IL - Conditional Participation

This is just a placeholder for the time being, but if nothing changes (I'm hoping some things will) this is the official conditional list.

The desire for conditional participation is consistency in streaming start ups.

If when you immediately turn on your wii you don't go to the channel page, YOU MUST STREAM SETTINGS FOR WHATEVER DEVICE YOU ARE LOADING YOUR SYSTEM FROM. You must show that ocarina handler is off on both the software settings as well as the game settings. After that, it follows as it always has: stream until you get in the room and it starts. If room disconnects you have to restream entry if requested.

READ AND WATCH FIRST: Don't request for any additions or removals, they will be handled at the groups discretion. Also, this list is subject to change but we wanted to have a relatively final list posted to serve as a heads up so everyone can make sure that they will be ready to go for this up and coming season.
