Thunda shouldn't be added here, since only retards believe he actually hacks... With no proof or anything, thundah streaming every war, everyone who actually knows him says he dosn't hack, he's not really unknown, he has been playing for a long time and so on... Unless thunda starts to hack or some retard gets the power here, he won't really get added to the list...

This might not be the right place to post this but, for the players on conditionals list, if they don't have a recording device, they can't play in the IL. Does that mean they get temporarily put on the ban list until they do get a recording device?
