I know this thread is going to just flood, so going to lock it now. I have many things I will need to look at before making a decision.

I'll post the verdict once I feel comfortable with one I come up with.

First off with addition to what Jip posted above the stream was given to me by nnD after the war.

So Hc not seeing it was a problem but that can sometimes be overlooked. However, the conditional stream was given: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] does not follow the conditional rules. All it is him starting from his wii menu, not start up and loading the game not checking SD cards (When ones in the system as you can tell from the blue SD symbol) and not using a handheld recording device.

Hc made is clear what they wanted to see (although I wish it was in a more polite manner) so Kuzan's points will not count due to failing to meet the conditional requirements.

I wish that was all, but there's more. Hc always provided me with a GP picture showing that a member from nnD was using textures throughout the war.

This clearly shows that Chuck's had textures on during the war and I do consider track textures to be a potential advantage to the individual using them so his points will also have to removed.

Make sure you guys read the rules more clearly next time as I believe I went over everything in the my introduction post as well about these topics.

I don't like to take away points but it's my job.
