After seeing Giant's performance I checked the conditional list and sure enough, he's on the list.

As far as I know, he didn't stream startup (they didn't give me a stream link) so I think a penalty is going to occur...

No it doesn't. Anyone can get lucky and/or hack and win a war. It doesn't mean you're better.

Doen-R has always been a suspicious player and Giant has blatanly hacked vs G37 (shocking a shock out of Mahrla) yet he didn't stream startup this war.

As you can see, everything went green at the end. (Realized that between race 1 & 2.
After that i wanted to record with ustream because the program i´m normally using didn´t want to open.
So I started recording and this came out:

You can hear my voice at the beginning but everything is just black. Not sure what went wrong there. I´ll record the upcoming matches with my "high" quality webcam. That should be more safe.

And @Mahrla´s Video: That was just lagg as Mywo mentioned before.

a. Players must stream their Wii startup, Wii Menu, disc channel, game loading sequence and themselves joining the room in one live sequence to their opponent(s) prior to any newly opened rooms commencement or upon joining a room following a disconnection should the opponent request it.

c. Players on conditional participation must, at the very least, ask the opposition whether they care to see them stream start-up or not.

Hmm...

Real hard case, I know WEC forgot to talk with wZ about giant's conditional. But, at least he got all videos up and it's all fine for the rules after all (the youtube video is enough this time). I don't give a penalty for this match but for the next weeks WEC just inform the others clans about it to avoid this discussion.

WEC did not give a stream link to us, nor did they say anything about Giant's issue with loading up until after the war was over. For all I know he could of edited the video out or some bullshit like that so he could hack through the whole war.

Yeah, like I said he could of just edited the video and through some HBC in there after cutting it. It's illiterate people like you in this world that drive people crazy.
