Example: Kiver Scores went from 70-80 to over 100 = Conditional
Thunda went from the same to 120 every war.. and really every war he played

Thunda hacks everyone knows this he will be on that list within a week. I have it from a good source he is a confirmed hacker (someone who doesn't exaggerate and is a neutral).

Really this kid comes out of nowhere, going from complete noob to scoring 100+ everyone knows he is a very shady suspicious character. These guys remind me of pae, or something similar....

Uh no. I've known him for a long time and have warred with him many times. I knew him from the summer of 2011, he probably has played longer than that. I know he played for nS in wcl. He plays in many tournaments and he scores very high in them. He has very good lines and great usage of items. People accuse him of hacking but have no proof. On top of that, records/streams most wars he plays in. So he did not come out of "nowhere", and he was not a complete noob. Sounds to me that people are butthurt because of how good he is.

You're the one who should be facepalmed here. Suspicion is not enough to ban a player.
I don't say he doesn't hack, but he's been around in this community for atleast a year and a half. I've been in nS with him in April 2011. So he's not like completely new.

Why you need an "Proof" for Conditional?

They got the list from WCL site, as you can see wally me stated. That's why there's no proof thunda hacks, (which he doesn't)

The discussion was about him getting banned, maybe you haven't noticed yet, but there is a difference between being on conditional and being banned.
If you would look at the conditional thread before talking, you would have known that he's already on conditional. But there are some people who think he should be banned but they don't even have a proof, and now we're discussing about it. Do you finally understand it? Or do I need to explain it one more time?
