ok, he told me bluk was recording, so i gave them 72 hours without bitching cause thats what the rules say, and now you are telling me i didnt request it? bro seriously?

he has to upload it since it is his obligation not mine, i can gave my word to the adminds if he stream and i confirm his startup, but the conditional thing doesnt concern to me, it concerns to the admins of this league and the community, the rules gave them 72 hours, so i gave them 72 hours cause i was thinking Bluk will upload it at the correct time, but since 72 hours have passed, the rules must be applied

Start ups must been uploaded before the 72 hours the only way that start ups are not needed is when the other team approves the start ups and from what i have seen in this case Totis never approved the startup or even saw Bluk's one also never stated that he didnt needed to watch it , also the rules states.

f. Players must record, upload and share links to their entire game play within the result thread no later than 72hrs after a wars completion and keep their videos uploaded for a minimum of 2 weeks, unless proof is presented to support that rules a. / b. / c. were followed.

a. Streaming or recording startup can be done with a handheld camera and must show footage until the room starts without disconnections. Streaming can also be done with a capture card but the entire gameplay must be included with it.
b. If opponents request it, conditional players must record or stream the restarting of their Wii twice while showing the SD Card slot empty on the Wii.

rules should apply to everybody.

e. Players on conditional participation must, at the very least, ask the opposition whether they care to see the conditional or not.

Thats wrong people need to upload their conditional , unless the other team agrees their start up or says its not needed. in this case Totis never said he didnt wanted to see the conditional he just said its ok that he will record it

Wednesday I told Bluk to upload his conditional and he said "okk"
and it is still not uploaded so I'll take the points away (-100)

EDIT: I apologize for anyone that saw this message before it was edited. I sent it at school right before a rather large test that affected my grade strongly. It's over now and a lot of the stress is gone.

I simply ask that next time Totis actually asks for the the link instead of immediately trying to deduct us. Bluk had the video available and I will retrieve the link as soon as I possibly can. I appreciate your patience.
