Should've used Mario Raceway, a far better example. Luigi Circuit is a damn good front running track if the other team doesn't dodge, and even so, it's still a good front running track. As for starting Top 5, that is okay, teams take far too long to join the rooms so to hold opening the room just so they're willing to join would be obnoxious.

When did I say anything like that? I said it was advantageous, because it is. On most courses top 5 can take nearly all of the first items, making the other team either fall behind more or be left defenseless against what will likely be at least 1 set of triple shells or something. I'm not saying it guarantees anything because of tracks like LC or rMR, but even then two or three people could drop back from the top 5 and bag while the other two or three frontrun. Don't put words into my mouth.

furthermore, there are only four tracks where a top 5 start is advantageous: wgm, tf, rr and dkm. unless flow picked those tracks to start each gp (and I doubt they did), ar2 has nothing to complain about. no, gv2 and yf are not good for top 5 or even anything more than top 3 for that matter. both of them are very good dodge tracks, yf has no good trap spots against competent racers and gv2's target shock is probably the best in the game (note: strongest =/= best).

if the score was more like 371-361 then perhaps ar2 could have a leg to stand on, but since it wasn't, flow's win is just as legit as it would have been if the positions were reversed.

Obviously starting in top5 is is adventageous, top2/3 can frontrun and 2/3 others wait to dont let best items to the other team, and it's harder then for that team to pass in good positions, (after others things can influence the race but I'm just saying you have more chance to win the race by starting in top5). And it's not like we took age to join the room, as I said 4 of us tried to join the room at the moment they opened.
Also, if we wanted to get the win, I think we could do it because Flow didnt even wait before starting GP3, so I wasnt ready I wanted to switch from Funky to Daisy.

all of what you are saying is only further proving my point: top 5 in the room is almost entirely pointless. you may as well complain every time that the other team gets top 2-3 in the room plus 7 & 8 (which happens in most wars).

perhaps I should tell the clans that imperious loses to that we are not happy with the loss because the other team had top 3 in the room
