In my opinion this is quite obvious. It's not a question of lagging or smth, but on the missing registration. Nw used an unregistered player, a player that doesn't appear on Nw's roster for some reason. You can't blame anyone but yourselves, Nw, for not checking back with the registration admin in charge. That's it.

Are you stupid? buy yourself a brain, Chico is registered since 3 days ago, but the admins are too fucking lazy to stop eating pizza on the sofa all fucking day so they don't say "error" or simply put him in the roster.

I guess that "laziness" you pointed out also prevented you guys from checking back on your own roster and see if your "new" player is registered correctly before you used him in the war.

Here's my ruling:
Chico isn't officially a part of Nw's roster, so his points are deducted. Had the lag even needed to be an issue he would've lost points for that also due to the severity of the distance lagged.
Lag starts are NOT normal, and while they do happen, they shouldn't happen that often, especially not as the host.
