We all know what happened to both, Mystery was using a bill when Smith was holding other. And people + IL council considered it legit But Razor got banned from IL and everyone considered him hacker for the same thing:
I want an explanation of that ^^. Is unfair if you dont ban Mystery or if you dont unban Razor, thats all i've to say

The ironic thing is, when zoomed in, the video looks to show asif he had a POW in his position, since it looks too square to be a bill.
http://prntscr.com/1ktoco As seen in the image here, it just looks like the side of what is most likely a textured, or possibly even normal pow model. It's way too block-shaped, and the fact that the white line seems to be exactly where it would be if it were the edge of a pow, I really don't think it's a bill.
The pow, possible at 20 seconds, would have been possible, since he looks to have hit the box at 21/22 seconds. And, the pow in 6th/7th/8th Isn't impossible, whereas the bill would be.
The evidence that got this player banned doesn't seem sufficient enough for me to even consider that they were hacking. The kid recording is using textures, so, as was said in Laki's recent claim, it honestly shouldn't have been proposed as just a ban for the player that did get banned, but infact should also be proposed for conditionals on the recorder for textures, and perhaps, if you call this an extreme case, possibly a ban for "Framing" the person by claiming a pow that looks like a bill is hack worthy for 2 bills in play.
