Registration Updates

The World Clan League site has finally gone down after Bash has probably stopped paying for it. Due to this circumstance, any team previously registered for the World Clan League will have their registrations based on text-only registrations without pictures. This is due to the fact that we only were able to back-up the text in WCL registrations. New players or teams registering to the league should still provide their pictures.

Also, as of now, ISP and City will not be required.
