It has been pointed out by the IL staff that Torn did NOT follow the conditional participation rules correctly. Torn clearly falls into section d for using the USB loader, which must have the following steps:

d. Concerning USB Loader GX mainly for conditionnal:

1. Starting the USB Loader GX
2. Go to the game boot screen
3. Go to Game Settings (STEP 1)
4. Go to Load Settings (STEP 2)
5. Turn Ocarina ON (STEP 3)
6. Press SAVE (STEP 4)
7. Press OK (STEP 5)
8. Press BACK (STEP 6)
9. Press BACK again (STEP 7)
10. Start game (STEP Cool

11. Press CONTINUE (FINAL STEP!)

Ocarina was turned OFF in his video and was never turned on, therefore he has incorrectly followed his conditional participation. Since it does not directly say the penalty for not correctly following the conditional rules, I have decided that the penalty will be -100; the AR vs. Fw match of Week 1 in Division one sets as a precedent for this decision as well. Since the video was only on youtube and not a stream, I have to give nT the benefit of the doubt in that they only recently watched the video, and not carelessly accepting it.

Please pay more attention to the rules for the future.

I'm confused, how is this league ran by cB in any way whatsoever? Aside from that, the rules have been in place for a while now and the only people you can blame for not following them is yourself. Also, if you seriously have a problem with it being brought up now, that's an issue of the DA for not thoroughly evaluating the conditional video and saying that they are good when they weren't. Then someone in the staff brought it to the attention of the admins that it was not followed correctly and the DA had to fix it. Now I have no idea who brought the mistake to the attention to the rest of the staff as I'm not in that chat due to skype lag but you could feel free to address an admin if you so wish. Again, you're constant complaining is a cry for help, but as you all always say "cry is free" so cry away I suppose.

Crying? How so, I'm simply telling you how it is in a objective manner. You guys are the ones crying cause we were scheduled to host, along with the fact that you all are trying to get us penalized for last week because you got easily beat by us today [even though you acquired every shock].
