As many of you have noticed, the registration/transfer topics have been moving at a slower than desired speed. Due to the current registration admin team being busier than expected, we're now extending our hand out to the community for people who are willing to commit time to the registration staff. The new reg admin recruits would only be expected to deal with a small portion of the regs until we see a sufficient understanding of the system. Ideally, we would like to add two people to the registration staff, one from Europe and one from North/South America. This can be flexible if needed.

Q: What rules apply for a reg admin?
A: Reg admins should be familiar with all registration rules.
Q: How often should I do the regs?
A: Ideally, they should be done everyday to prevent pile ups.
Q: How much time will a registration admin put into the regs?
A: On average, a registration admin can spend from half an hour to nearly an hour differing on the load of registrations coming in.
Q: What's expected from a registration admin?
A: An "unbiased" look at the community and to any person registering. Any tinkering with registration for team favor or for any reason will be punished with immediate termination from the staff. We also expect you to know a large part of the community, ranging from smaller clans to well known clans. Reg admins should be able to pull up a specific reg from any player (registered in IL) at a moments notice so it's critical to be familiar with everyone who is registered.
Q: How does the registration process go from a registration admin's view?
A: Reg admins have free access to edit IL Registration forum. There is forum controls at the bottom of each topic that allows you to tinker with the thread/post. You should have a general view of what it means to "merge a topic", "split a post", and "delete a topic." and the registration process. These can be taught if you were to be selected.
Q: Since reg admins don't have access to IP addresses, how will one know if a person is multi-clanning/alting/double registered?
A: Secret's in the sauce. (This is where knowing the entire community is very beneficial)
