Hello, I will be your division admin this season and I hope to make the IL an enjoyable stay for you are. Every team here is new besides Equipo Fenix so we're gonna need to work with each other to make this a good experience for everyone.

- My names Tyler and I'm 19 years old from Canada. I'm currently studying psychology in university mainly because I want to know why I'm so screwed up in the head. I'm thinking I might want to be a psychologist in the future to help others avoid the paths that I have taken and the mindsets that I have developed - which I'm still trying to get out of. I'm a pretty big pessimist and think low of myself but like to look for the highs in other people and make them feel good - making people feel good is one of my favourite things. As for interests, I love video games and Anime/Manga too much. I will admit for those people that wanted to know that yes, I do prefer hentai over porn. I'm an otaku and probably will still be one when I'm older and will still love games when I'm older. I'm the kind of person that usually thinks the opposite of what society does and I tend to not follow the "norm" in pretty much every aspect of life. So ya, I'm a pretty messed up guy whether you love it or hate it.
Now to the actual league business, I want to try my best to make this season a success and to make sure that every clan is clear on the rules and expectations in order to make this a clean division. I will go over a few things more clearly that I think people sometimes aren't 100% clear about.

1. Trolling

- Everyone's favourite topic is back. Trolling has been decided to host chooses like is was in WCL. For trolling proof I will inform you what does NOT count as trolling.
1. If the video is NOT from the POV of the player that got trolled it will instantly be tossed aside
2. If the troll doesn't effect the outcome of the race, it will NOT count
3. If the troller collides into you but it has no effect on your speed / lines it will NOT count
4. If the player moves into the troller to instigate the penalty, it will NOT count. (Exception if the player moves away from an item resulting him into running into the troller)
5. If 2 people are suicide bagging, If one bagger hits the other bagger when they are both clearly finishing in 9/10 it will NOT count as trolling no matter how many lap(s) behind the one suicide bagger is.
2. Disconnections

- This has broken many balls in the past and will continue to break many more balls, luckily I'm providing a jock for every racer in this division so no ones balls will be broken. If 10 people appear on the results screen, the race WILL count. Sometimes people D/c during the load up at different times on different people's screens so this will prevent that drama from happening. My suggestion: Always race like it will count. (However if there's a mass D/c from players on both sides than the race will mostly likely not count)
3. By Friendly to thy neighbor

- This ones more of a respect thing than anything. I want this division to have no forfeits but to have no forfeits means people need to be organized. Simply put, if you think you may not have enough players or need to reschedule please don't let your opponents know that the day of, try to give people notices in advances if problems will occur. No one wants to wake up on the day of to find out their opponents can't play. Remember to use the skype list provided (In the Contacts Thread) to contact your opponents or myself.
4. "They" means that person on the team.

- Here I'm referring to rule 5.a). Since I'm the admin I'm going to implement what I think makes sense, I apologize if that's a huge douche move. In my eyes this is for the whole team in general and not each player or else each team has a potential 10 room restarts which they could use to delay the match for better players, subs or to throw their opponents mindset off the game. This means that the room only has to be re-opened 2 times for each teams when disconnections occur (of course you can always be nice and do it more times if you want.) And to clear something else up, if 2 players from a the same team d/c in a race it doesn't as 2 room restarts, just one. Also note that massive room Dc's do NOT count towards any clans disconnection count.
5. Mii Names

- If you use a mii name that is not registered please say who was who in the results post. The most ball breaking thing is an update being delayed because of me not knowing who a certain individual is.
6. That kid clearly hacks

- If you have any evidence or suspicions of someone hacking please bring it up to the council instead of posting it everyone in the divisions forms.
7. How to deal with Severe Lag

- XII. Lagging
a. Players must not intentionally lag.
b. Players points may be discounted should it be reported that they were lagging to an extent where it was at a disadvantage to the opponent and/or at an advantage to the player.
c. Players race points may be corrected to their true values should adequate proof of those true values be presented.
Many people complain about players lagging in a war but do not show evidence of it. Simply put, if you want a chance at lag penalties, record and prove it.
8. Extra Tips

- 1. If you are not hosting the match than I suggest you get one person from your team to add all the FC's in the room and check after the war to make sure they are registered. It may seem silly but I've seen this happen twice while I was division admin during the WCL.
2. Even if you are the away team, always take pictures of each war because you never know when someone's going to accidently "delete" their pictures.
