ΞND Gutti - Slowdown Hack

Recently, ER7 played a war vs END where a so called, "END Gutti" was playing with so called lag which isn't exactly based on connection. On Luigi Circuit, I finished 8th http://prntscr.com/ukft8 and END Gutti was in last (9th, END Avan disconnected.) by a margin of 5 to 6 seconds apart from the person in 8th which was Bengi. END Gutti ended up 5th on results that race: http://prntscr.com/ukfo2 ; take notice that the CPU that was playing for the person in 5th after the race was taking first turn when race finished, so this is another 5-7 seconds which ends up being in a result of almost a 15 second lagstart, which is extremely rare next to not possible.
On DS Delfino Square, he was lagging forward and backwards on the minimap (this usually happens when Slowdown is activated or Y is pressed in mid-race.) several times, not only that but teleporting severely in the point where you can't see him in one spot for more than a second (again, happens when Slowdown is activated or Y is pressed). To this point, we can only conclude he used Slowdown (full name: Time Trial Slowdown - Press Y on the Gamecube Controller) or his lag is so extremely gamebreaking he should be banned or put on conditionals.

Johnny (in Meteor) lagged from 10th to 1st on Luigi Circuit (which was a 10 second gap at least), in a war I played with him. So I don't see any point in the LC video (others may have different opinions). However the DSDS race the severe lagging is cause for concern. I'm not taking any sides on this.

Nah, I'm not in Meteor anymore, and the race when I lagged that much wasn't in a war for Meteor I only got 1 really bad lag start that war, and our clan apologized after for it.

As for this Gutti guy, the disappearing thing is really suspicious. I can't really take a side on this either.
