Sorry to say BWP but I will not be deducting Noctu's points. KC gave me enough evidence to prove Noctu actually played, as the unregistered FC he used is the FC he has registered for a French league.

But the point here, as I wrote above, is not whether Noctu played or not, I said we would assume it was him. The point is that clans can pass the rules at its will, and due to the fact that we followed them, we played in an unfair disadvantage (because we couldn't use our allies in better shape because Crow had to play due to his input lag). If we hadn't follwoed them, then another player could have sub him.
But I want to make it clear that this is not against kc8k in particular. Actually we use to have a lot of awesome fair played wars against kc in general. It's just that this situation happened again in comps.

I told Michel to not upload his conditional video. Why? Because he has shown his evidence that he is innocent in his conditional case. Bounty asked for it and there it is.

So, since he has supported his evidence that it was not him the one who was hacking in a ww, we aren't going to upload his vids despite that he's still in the conditional list. So Michel will play because he has shown his evidence to be innocente despite being in the conditional list.
I think it's a fair deal.

Noctu is a KC member since early '09. This FC mess is due to his wii being robbed, then he borrowed mine, and eventually purchased another one. That's why, his FC might not be up to date everywhere.
Nothing to compare with your supposed "powerful" allies here and there, he played because he is a KC member, btw he didn't even sup 70 in this war.

Why is it so hard to understand that if they player isnt registered no matter what his points don't count? Look at Nw vs nS last year, our player had been on transfer list since 6 days and the points didnt count, your player wasnt even in the change fc topic. so stfu, and take your defeat KC.

My decision on the unregistered FC is final. There is no reason I should deduct well-earned points from KC because of a little mishap with an FC. If there was no way to prove Noctu played I would have a different view, but it is clear Noctu played and taking away a deserved win is not something I aim to do.
Regarding conditionals, I don't think it is fair to compare a wrong FC to a missing conditionals video, especially when there are still some questions about Michel's conditionals case. I'm not sure exactly what Bounty told you in the past but for the time being, Michel is still on conditionals and must upload the required footage. Cooperating with conditional rules will help your case and eventually get you off conditionals if everything goes smoothly.
If you have any other complaints or arguments please take it to skype.

Michel didn't need to show his conditionals, like Bounty said. Sorry for the confusion regarding the lack of updates on the banned and conditionals list, Wally, who owns both threads, is no longer on the council. I'll do what I can to make sure it gets fixed soon. I apologize again for any inconvenience.
